CANCELLATION POLICY
 

For Community Trainings (when a training has been booked for a special training in your community), a 50% of training costs non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm and hold your booking. Should you decide to cancel the training, the deposit will be retained to compensate for setting up and holding that spot as rebooking on short notice is very difficult (it takes about 3 months to rebook a training). Please allow at least 2 weeks notice and if this doesn't occur then the full amount of the quote will be owed.

If cancelling attendance for a regular training please advise the YouPower organizers right away - failure to do so will make the full tuition payable. For no-shows, no compensation will occur. If you've paid and can't attend for medical reasons etc, we will try to get you into the next Zoom training scheduled. Each situation will be decided on individually.
