CANCELLATION POLICY
 

For Community Trainings (when a training has been booked for a special training in your community), two weeks notice is required for full repayment less an administration fee for costs incurred.

If cancelling attendance for a regular training, repayment will be provided less an administrative fee of $50. If cancelling less than one week prior to the training, the full costs are payable to YouPower because a seat was held and manuals were shipped based on numbers. Or your tuition can be held until the next available training, or used for a telephone/Skype training.
